Laura is the second senior we had the opportunity to photograph from this Cushing family. Her brother graduated a few years back and now was Laura's turn. We had a great time and were able to capture her personality and style.
We had an awesome session with Jacob & family and wanted to share a few of the poses that we fell in love with. We had photographed Jacob's sister a few years before when she was a senior. But now it was Jacob's turn.
After we got Jacob warmed up to the camera, it was time for the family to share the experience. What a beautiful family. Thank you Kusmertz's for blessing us with your smiles!
On Tuesday we photographed Hailey Grace for her 9 mo. session. What a blast! She is a cutie with the bluest eyes you have ever seen. It's amazing to see how she has grown. We have had the privilege of capturing her portraits from just a few weeks old, three and six months and now her nine month session. Be sure to check out our site for a few more precious poses of Hailey Grace.
She is actually a BIG smiler, but we couldn't resist this expression.

What a great way to stay informed on all the great happenings coming from G. Patterson Photographic Studio & Gallery.
For those of you who haven't visited G Patterson Studio, our Easter Bunny special event is so much fun! In fact, we've been hosting this event using live bunnies for ten years now! Some of our clients haven't missed even one of these events. Children really look forward to coming to the studio and seeing the bunnies, some of which we've had visit our studio before. You can imagine after all those years, the bunnies have become quite the posers!
At sunset the earth and the sun were aligned just right to create a lunar eclipse. The last time this occurred was about 2 1/2 years ago. Here is one of the photos I captured. For those camera buffs, this was shot on a Nikon D200, 180mm lens. Shutter 1/500, aperture 4. This is cropped in quite a bit.

PS..Photo is of my son Nathan and I at Enchanted Rock State Park. It's a pretty good drive from East Texas, but tons of fun. We always have a great time at this park. Photo taken by my wife, Cindy.
